The BSM10 series cast fire-resistant busway trunking is a new product independently developed based on our company's BSM7 cast fire-resistant busway, with completely independent intellectual property rights. The BSM10 series cast fire-resistant busway trunking no longer relies on fire-resistant insulation layers to achieve fire-resistant performance. The product does not burn in a flame state and remains intact for 60 minutes under the standard experimental conditions of BG/T537-2005. The existing cast type fire-resistant busways in the industry achieve fire-resistant performance by adding insulation and fire-resistant layers to the cast busways. However, the addition of insulation and fire-resistant layers greatly reduces the heat dissipation performance of the product, and the conductors need to be increased by more than twice on the basis of the original cast busways. This leads to a significant increase in costs, wastes resources, and increases the cost for users. The emergence of BSM10 has solved this problem. This product is not only waterproof, acid resistant, alkali resistant, and explosion-proof, but also achieves fire resistance. Due to the automatic activation of fire sprinklers in case of a fire, the highest protection level of dense insulated fire-resistant busways is IP65. It may damage the product's conductive function due to water collection exceeding the limit of its performance. The BSM10 cast fire-resistant busway has achieved the highest protection level of IP68, making it a busway product that truly meets fire resistance requirements. Its emergence has played a significant role in leading the development of the industry.
